The changing world
As someone who is no longer young, I am particularly struck by how rapidly the world in changing, and how the rate of change is accellerating, particular regarding the computerized aspects. I decided to start this blog to journal my observations in this regard, as well as insert comments about other parts of life from time to time. The world can be very interesting!!!

The world is indeed an interesting place to be right now. We moved to the "edge of the earth" a year and a half ago to get away from the city life. It is so much simpler out here, and more complex at the same time. Just watching the world close in on us the way it has been is kind of frightening. And the morals and manners (or lack there of) kids are learning it so much different than when I was much younger. Unfortunately, I still do need my kids to help me turn on the DVD player, or help me with computer problems. But, I hope I have helped them a bit in journey too.
